The Pastor Training School is a powerful opportunity for men who feel called to gospel ministry to grow, be equipped, and step confidently into their calling. Beginning August 3rd at the Lincoln Baptist Association, this program is designed to deepen biblical understanding, strengthen your relationship with Christ, and provide practical tools for effective ministry.

Led by experienced pastors who actively serve in ministry, this training combines both knowledge and real-world application. Each instructor brings a strong theological background along with hands-on experience, helping students not only learn Scripture but also live it out in leadership, discipleship, and service.

Throughout the program, participants will study key areas such as Spiritual Formation, Old and New Testament Survey, Hermeneutics, Homiletics, Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Evangelism and Missions, Church Revitalization, and Discipleship Multiplication. The goal is to equip each student with the skills needed to faithfully preach, teach, and lead—whether in a church setting, church plant, or mission field.

The training format includes a series of 12 classes, each lasting 6 weeks, typically meeting one evening per week. (Specific meeting time will be announced soon.) Classes are designed to be accessible while still offering depth and structure for meaningful growth.

Students who complete at least 10 of the 12 classes will receive a Certificate of Christian Ministry, presented in partnership with Blue Mountain Christian University.

The cost is $125 per class, plus books, with financial assistance available if needed.

If you feel God calling you to take the next step in ministry, this is your opportunity to be equipped, encouraged, and connected with others on the same journey.
